$350 for a 3 hour minimum rental. You can request extra time by email.

Yes, we have 3 very large, gorgeous wood tables and around 40 chairs that fit all around each of those tables. We also have a smaller wood table for cake or gifts.

If the date and time you are requesting do not show up as an option to book then the venue is already rented at that day and time or unavailable on that day.

Half is required to book the venue. The remaining balance will be emailed to you via PayPal and is due 1 week prior to your event. Must be paid in full prior to your event.

We will message you instructions on how to get in prior to your event.

Yes, you absolutely can! We have a fridge and sink area along with a granite countertop island space that you can put your food and drink on. We do not provide any food or drinks.

Yes, unless you purchase extra time and have it approved, they will not be allowed to setup early or cleanup late. We have back-to-back rentals, so this is all on you/them. Absolutely no exceptions on extending your event if not approved prior to booking.

Please follow the cleaning checklist under the Gray Hart Venue Tab.
Take out all of the trash and put in dumpster North side of our building (not in the back)
Place all chairs back against the wall in a nice stack.
Pop balloons if we made a garland for you.
Broom is in the entry way closet please discard of all food and crumbs.
Take all of your decor with you.
Basically put everything back in place like you had it when you arrived.
